Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is a field of public health that studies trends in illnesses and injuries in the worker population and proposes as well as implements strategies and regulations to prevent them. Its scope is broad, encompassing a wide variety of disciplines, from industrial hygiene, engineering, toxicology and epidemiology to ergonomics and violence prevention. The issues studied and regulated by OSH practitioners today vary widely by sector. For example, risks such as falling from heights and injury from heavy machinery might be of greater concern to construction workers, whereas mental health and repetitive stress injuries might be the focus in office environments.

Students will immerse themselves in the study of the human anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, electrotherapy, the musculoskeletal system, the cardiorespiratory system, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, obstetrics, occupational health, and sports and behavioral science.
At the end of the course, students will be able to assess, plan and implement rehabilitative programs that improve or restore human motor functions, maximise movement ability, relieve pain syndromes and treat or prevent physical challenges associated with injuries, diseases, pre and post surgical physiotherapy treatment and other impairments.

The SKM Office Administration Level 3 programme aims to develop skilled and knowledgeable individuals who can confidently handle office operations and administrative tasks in today’s modern workplace.
This programme provides hands‑on training in office management and daily operations, document and record management, professional communication, and office support services. Students will be exposed to real workplace situations to prepare them for actual job responsibilities. The programme also emphasises the use of modern office technologies and digital tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
In addition, students will develop positive work ethics, strong communication skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities in building a strong foundation for future career growth in administration.
• Aged 18 to 35 years old
• Has interest in the field applied
• Physically healthy and free from infectious diseases
• Holds SKM Level 1 or Level 2 (SLaBP) in a related field (if applicable)
• Able to read, write, and count (basic 3M skills)
• Applicants aged 16–17 may also apply under special consideration
Students who complete SKM Level 3 may continue their studies or enter the workforce:

- Diploma in Hospitality
You may also continue your studies at CIAST centres across Malaysia.
Employment:
Graduates are qualified to work immediately after completing Level 3, with opportunities in various administrative and office support roles.
